The working terms for using SpicaNova AI during early access.
Early access service
SpicaNova AI is an invite-only productivity service that connects to your authorized tools, evaluates messages, drafts replies, and helps you manage follow-up work.
The product is still evolving. Features may change as we improve reliability, security, and customer workflows.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, connecting only accounts you are allowed to authorize, and reviewing important drafts before sending.
You may not use SpicaNova AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk activity where automated drafting could cause harm without appropriate human review.
Integrations
When you connect Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Notion, Stripe, Attio, Outlook, or another provider, you authorize us to access that provider only as needed to provide the service.
Third-party providers may have their own terms and policies. Disconnecting an integration stops new access, but previously processed product records may remain until deletion or retention cleanup.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans, when enabled for your account, are billed according to the plan shown at signup or in settings.
You may cancel future billing. Past fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Limitations
AI-generated drafts and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. You should review output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.
The service is provided as available during early access, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
